What do I need to set up an eSIM on my Oppo phone? #

• An unlocked Oppo device that is compatible with eSIM
• The QR Code from the email we’ve send you
• WiFi connection

How do I install the eSIM on my Oppo phone? #

1. Go to your settings menu
2. Press “SIM card & mobile data”
3. Press “eSIM”
4. If you have two SIMs on the phone, you will be told that enabling eSIM will disable your second SIM card. Click “Enable”
5. Press “eSIM” again if you have not been taken to a new screen
6. Press “Add”
7. Click “Next”
8. Scan the QR code
9. Follow the steps on the screen
10. Turn on data roaming. To do this go to Settings > SIM Card and Mobile Data. Then click the new eSIM and switch the green switch to turn data roaming on.

Always make sure you are using the eSIM for data, not your sim card from home!
